Scheduled Maintenance Report for CareCloud
The scheduled maintenance on the production CareCloud databases has now completed. Our teams have now commenced the testing phase, but access to the CareCloud System is now available.

During the testing phase, we will continually monitor the status of the CareCloud System and update this status page with any issues.

We have updated our scheduled maintenance window for tomorrow, October 23rd. The window will now begin at 11:30PM EDT, instead of 11:00PM. We continue to expect the window to last two hours.

We will be conducting a second phase of upgrades to our database infrastructure at 11:30PM EDT on Friday, October 23. This maintenance window will last approximately two-hours and is expected to be completed by 1:30AM EDT on Saturday October 24.

During this maintenance window, we expect the CareCloud platform to be unavailable for some portion of time. After the upgrade has concluded, we will administer a thorough test and execution plan, which includes broad and deep platform-wide testing by internal users. This testing plan will commence immediately after the upgrade has completed and will continue until early Saturday morning. During the testing phase, certain portions of the application may be unavailable. If any function or portion of the application is detected to be unavailable we will update this Status page accordingly.
