This evening, Wednesday, March 25th, 2020 CareCloud will perform a planned maintenance to upgrade our CareCloud Platform in order to continue supporting the rollout of CareCloud Live, our new telehealth solution. The maintenance will begin at 10:00 PM Eastern Standard Time and is expected to complete by 11:00 PM. We do not anticipate adverse user impact from this activity, and, to mitigate potential risk, we have built a detailed test and execution plan. We will also closely monitor the status of the platform throughout the maintenance and immediately thereafter. Updates on the maintenance as well as any changes in status will be shared through our status site, https://status.carecloud.com.
