Investigating

We have received reports of users encountering a “Something Went Wrong” error when attempting to e-prescribe medications within the Charts application. In some cases, the medication order appears to lock after the error, but the prescription is not successfully transmitted to SureScripts.

The Product Team is actively investigating this issue and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
