Identified

To ensure full functionality and access to connected devices and services using the CareCloud web experience, please confirm that the following browser settings are enabled:

Google Chrome / Microsoft Edge
- Access apps on your device
- Pop-ups and redirects

Safari on Mac
Safari handles these permissions a little differently. Please make sure the following are allowed:
- Pop-up windows
- Any prompted permissions needed to access connected devices or external applications

If these settings are not enabled, certain features may not work as expected
