To streamline workflows and improve the customer experience, our MIPS vendor partner, Healthmonix, will be rolling out a new, more modern look and feel for the MIPS dashboard. Beginning September 15, 2026, customers accessing the dashboard will notice an updated user interface, faster loading times, and an improved overall experience. All core features and workflows will remain unchanged.
The update will be implemented after hours on September 14, 2026, beginning at approximately 5:00 PM EST. During this maintenance window, the MIPS dashboard may be temporarily inaccessible for up to three hours.
