We will be performing a scheduled upgrade to our database infrastructure at 10:00 PM EDT on Saturday, March 14. This maintenance window is expected to last approximately two hours and will be completed by 12:00 AM EDT on Sunday, March 15.

During this maintenance window, the CareCloud platform will be unavailable. Any nightly processes will be paused and will automatically resume Sunday evening.

Immediately following the upgrade, our team will conduct comprehensive platform-wide testing to ensure all systems are operating as expected. This validation process will continue into the early morning hours to confirm system stability and performance. If any issues are identified, updates will be promptly posted to this status page.
