Investigating
We are currently receiving reports of users experiencing issues when using the Scanner Plugin within the web browser version of CareCloud. Our Product team is actively investigating this issue and working toward a permanent resolution. In the meantime, users can utilize the following workarounds:
-Scan the document directly to their local device and upload the file into CareCloud. -Use the Firefox browser, where some users have reported that the Scanner Plugin is functioning as expected.
The issue appears to be related to browser settings within other browsers, such as Chrome, which are impacting scanning functionality. We will provide further updates once a permanent fix has been implemented. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
