It has come to our attention that the latest Windows Defender Security Intelligence Update (Version 1.441.343.0, released on 11/19/2025) may, in some cases, incorrectly flag the CareCloud application as spam or malware. Please be assured that our application remains fully secure and does not pose any security threats or risks.

If you are affected by this issue, please contact your IT team and request that they update Windows Defender settings to exclude the CareCloud application from the threat list.
