On Friday, October 16, beginning at 11:00PM EDT, CareCloud will perform a two-hour planned maintenance to upgrade various aspects of our database infrastructure that underpins the production environment that all clients utilize for their Practice Management and EHR today.
This two-hour maintenance is expected to be completed by 2:30AM EDT on Saturday October 17. During this maintenance window, we expect the CareCloud platform to be unavailable for some portion of the window. In addition, we have built a detailed test and execution plan, which includes broad and deep platform-wide testing by internal users beginning at 11:00 PM on Friday, October 16 and into Saturday.
